The principle associated with the 20th-century modernist architecture, form follows function, transformed to “form follows infrastructure” in the 21st.

Functionality became an interface. Interfaces form another dimension, hidden from eyes of visitors who follow rules of access. Denying these rules, it is possible to travel inside the extra dimension staying almost invisible to others.

The series was shot while moving around 2014 Sochi Olympics stadiums in the shades of their interfaces – stages, platforms, and ramps.
